I’ve been on a 4‑week stack myself (primarily testosterone cypionate with a bit of trenbolone at the end) and followed a similar post‑cycle schedule, so I wanted to share what’s worked for me and see if anyone else has tweaks or questions.



Post‑Cycle Plan (based on your schedule)





Weeks 1–2: 150 mg testosterone cypionate + 50 mg trenbolone.


Week 3: Drop the trenbolone to 25 mg, keep the testosterone.


Week 4: Stop all exogenous steroids; start a low‑dose HCG (250 IU) once a week to keep the testes "alive."



After week 4 I usually give my body a month off from steroids before considering a new cycle. In that month I focus on:




Nutrition – 30 % protein, balanced carbs, plenty of micronutrients.


Training – Heavy compound lifts with progressive overload; add some hypertrophy sets to stimulate muscle growth without excess fatigue.


Recovery – Sleep 7–9 hrs/night, stretch daily, occasional foam‑rolling or light yoga.



Once the body feels balanced again (no lingering fatigue, normal libido), I may plan a new cycle with adjusted dosage and duration.
